AML training for our clients – how does it work in practice?

AML training

A “suspicious transaction” usually doesn’t look suspicious until you know what to look for.

We conducted an intensive AML WORKSHOP at the headquarters of one of our valued clients — no dry theory, but specific situations from practice:

  • identification,
  • control,
  • smurfing,
  • sanctions screening,
  • red flags
  • and the most common mistakes that can cause big problems in the precious metals industry.

She did a great job. Kristina Martinkova, which the entire workshop was led by, with legal insight and the ability to translate AML obligations into practical scenarios.

Vladimir Novacek added senior training insight into more complex legal situations, sanctions and process settings.

Why does it matter?

AML is under scrutiny in the precious metals sector. Properly set processes = lower risks, less stress and a much calmer business.

However, AML does not only apply to metal traders. The same obligations apply to real estate agencies, accountants and tax advisors, currency exchange offices, lawyers, financial intermediaries, and even virtual office providers.

Whether you operate in any of these industries, we will tailor the scenarios and workshop content directly to your needs and risks..

Do you want similar training for your team? Kristina and Vladimír are yours - they will come and explain everything - practically, clearly, and in a way that makes sense for your business.
