WHAT DO WE REQUEST?
- completed legal education (Mgr. or JUDr.), we do not insist on previous practice,
- interest in the area of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions law, public procurement and related legal areas is an advantage,
- active knowledge of English, German or other world languages an advantage,
- independence, diligence, ability to work in a team and communicate,
- motivation for long-term cooperation and professional development in advocacy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- participation in negotiations and proceedings before courts and authorities and dealing directly with clients,
- preparation of simpler and more complex submissions (according to practice),
- legal analyses and preparation of documents for clients,
- cooperation on contractual documentation, business transactions and corporate projects,
- support for lawyers in solving legal cases,
- working with legal databases and preparing professional materials.
