What is an LUC license?
Light UAS Operator Certificate (LUC) license is a special authorization regulated by European civil aviation legislation. In the Czech Republic, it is issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.

- a prepared LUC operating manual containing the organization's safety policy, division of responsibilities, and procedures for normal, emergency, and breakdown situations.
Meeting these requirements demonstrates that the operator has the necessary facilities, organizational structure, and security mechanisms for independent management of the operation of unmanned systems.
