It has been effective in the Czech legal system since August 1, 2025. Act No. 249/2025 Coll. on accelerating the use of certain renewable energy sources and amending related laws (Act on accelerating the use of renewable energy sources), which aims to accelerate the use of renewable energy sources (RES) and support entrepreneurs in this sector.
